Amy Beyer - Owner , LAT, LMT

A 1997 graduate of Winona State University, Amy Beyer earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with an emphasis in sports medicine. Since that year, she worked in a rehabilitation clinic, assisting clients with recovery from injuries and helping each regain a normal level of function.

With a dream of a career in massage therapy, Amy graduated from the Milwaukee School of Massage in 2003. She became licensed from the state of Wisconsin (LMT). She is also licensed as an athletic trainer in Wisconsin (LAT) and nationally certified through the NATA.

With her dream now a reality as Natural Balance Therapy, opened in 2003, Amy has become an advanced level myofascial release therapist and an instructor through the John Barnes Myofascial Release approach. She has over 600 hours of specialized training in this area, including an emphasis in women’s health and pelvic floor dysfunction. She continues to expand her knowledge and expertise through continuing education seminars and personal growth through her own Myofascial Release treatments.

Natural Balance Therapy’s integrated, holistic treatment philosophy is based on a total body approach. We treat the cause not just the symptoms. We empower our clients by teaching them self-treatment techniques, postural principles, biomechanics, ergonomics redesign, and home exercise programs specifically tailored to your individual needs.
