Kristin M Schwengel, LMT, NCTMB

Kristin graduated from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay in 1996 with a double major in English and Humanistic Studies. Having always been interested in the healing arts, she returned to school in 2004, attending Lakeside School of Massage Therapy in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She has since continued her education as a therapist with courses in hot stone massage, Upledger Craniosacral Therapy, and John F. Barnes Myofascial release.

As a massage therapist, Kristin seeks to work in partnership with her clients towards achieving their wellness goals. She approaches the body as a holistic integration of body and mind, and firmly believes in the value of a variety of complementary and alternative therapies in company with traditional medical standards of care.

Kristin lives in Wauwatosa with her husband, new kitty, and an ever-growing collection of books and music. In her spare time, she is an avid reader and writer, and also enjoys knitting, beading, and gourmet cooking.
