Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions:
- Gift certificate(s) can be mailed to the purchaser or picked up in the clinic. Certificates will only be issued after payment is received.
- Gift Certificates expire one (1) year from date of purchase. After expiration they will be honored as discount coupons as follows: 50% off normal session rate.
- Gift Certificates are sold in increments of 60 or 90 minutes. The whole time increment on each gift certificate must be used during one session - they may not be divided into multiple sessions. Time not used by the bearer of the gift certificate is lost.
- Gift certificates are transferable but are not refundable
- Payment options: cash, check, Credit Card in the clinic or online using PayPal.
- Gift Certificates do not have a cash redemption value. They are valid only for therapeutic services unless specified differently on the gift certificate.
- The recipient/bearer of the gift certificate is required to make an appointment during regular business hours. The appointment must be on a date prior to expiration of the gift certificate. It is recommended that appointments be scheduled well in advance - approximately 2-4 weeks - to ensure availability.
- Gift Certificates are valid for in clinic sessions only. If you would like to redeem the gift certificate with a session in your home there will be additional charges.
- Gift certificates are subject to my standard 24-hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel or reschedule with 24-hours notice will void the gift certificate unless the session can be filled. Emergency cancellations are determined at the massage therapist’s discretion. Work is not considered an emergency.
The cancellation policy will be explained to the recipient of the gift certificate when he/she calls to schedule. He/she will be encouraged to send someone in his/her place if 24-hours notice is not possible.
