- Sessions begin and end at scheduled times.
- Sessions begun late, due to the client arriving late, end at the appointed time and are full price.
- If a client does not arrive within 15 minutes of the appointed time, he or she is charged for the appointment.
- In the interest of serving all clients efficiently, it is necessary to enforce a strict cancellation policy. When you schedule an appointment, time and space are specially reserved for you. With 24 hour notice, I will be happy to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged for missed appointments, late cancellations, or late arrivals.
- Emergency cancellations are determined at the massage therapist’s discretion.
- Natural Balance Therapy will not treat anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- All cellular phones and pagers must be turned off during your session.
- Payment is expected at the time service is rendered.
